Common questions

Everything you need to know about working with us.

How is your 1% commission possible?
We've streamlined our operations and leverage technology to reduce overhead without cutting corners. You get full-service support — professional photography, MLS listing, expert negotiation — for a 1% listing commission, so more of the savings stay in your pocket.
How is buyer representation paid?
In Ontario, the seller decides any offered co-operative compensation. Your Buyer Representation Agreement explains our compensation terms and any buyer-paid obligations before you commit.
What’s the difference between 1% listing and the $999 flat fee?
Our 1% listing is a full-service experience — we handle everything from photography to negotiation to closing. The $999 flat fee is a listing-only service: we get your property on MLS and Realtor.ca, but you handle showings and negotiations yourself. Both include professional photography.
How long does the process typically take?
Every situation is unique. A well-priced home in a strong market can sell in days. For buyers, it depends on inventory and preferences. On average, our clients close within 30–60 days of listing or starting their search. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during our initial consultation.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area and beyond — including York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region, Halton Region, Hamilton, Niagara, and major cities across Ontario. Wherever you’re looking, we can help.
What happens after closing?
Our relationship doesn’t end at closing. We provide ongoing support including contractor and service referrals, market updates on your neighbourhood, and guidance whenever you need it. Many of our clients come back for their next move or refer friends and family.
