Radha is personally licensed to help with mortgages in both Ontario — as a Mortgage Agent (Level 2) — and Alberta, as a Mortgage Associate. For our Ontario clients that means honest, real-numbers mortgage guidance under the same roof as your real estate representation. We help with pre-approval, compare rates across multiple lenders, and explain what you can comfortably afford — not just the maximum a lender is willing to approve. Understanding the difference between those two numbers is often what keeps a purchase from becoming a burden.

Several of our clients have told us that other agents, and even some banks, were not straightforward with them about affordability. We are. We walk you through the real monthly picture — payment, taxes, and carrying costs together — and we will happily encourage you to shop around to confirm you are getting the best available rate. The goal is a mortgage that fits your life, not one that stretches it.
